Terms and Conditions of the scheme "Fair Chance To All"

1. The Scheme is open only for such individuals who could not participate in the first round of auditions (defined as "Mini-auditions") of the program titled "India’s Got Talent 2 ("IGT") carried out by Viacom18 Media Private Limited ("Viacom18").
2. The Scheme is not open employees and business associates of Tata Teleservices Limited ("TTSL") and their immediate family members.
3. There is no entry fee for participation in the Scheme and further TTSL does not offer any form of payment, actual or implied or any assured prize to the participants, for participation in the Scheme.
4. Interested participants have to upload their videos displaying any talent falling within the scope of India’s Got Talent 2 ("IGT"). The videos shall be uploaded on www.tatadocomo.com during the period commencing from 25th May, 2010 at 00.00 hours to 4th June, 2010 at 00.00 hours. Entries sent after the timelines stated in these terms and conditions shall not be considered.
5. In addition to uploading the video, the participant also needs to fill-up the entry form completely and correctly giving details as may be asked on the Website. Incomplete forms will be summarily rejected and entries with false information (detected at any stage including after acceptance of the entry) will be summarily rejected and liable for penal action.6. This Scheme is organized by TTSL and the individuals eligible for participation should meet the below mentioned preliminary
   conditions:
   • Such individuals should hold a valid Indian passport in case of non- residents irrespective of age group.
   • They should have in their possession one of the legal document as mentioned below to prove his/her age (driving license, voters identity card, school leaving certificate, birth certificate, ration card or passport). In the case of parent/legal guardian, the document proving such right to enter into an agreement on behalf of the minor also has to be carried.
6. The entries once submitted cannot be recalled or modified under any circumstances. No communication in this regard will be entertained.
7. TTSL reserves the right to filter the entries to block out offensive/derogatory/pornographic, etc., content if any.
8. The participants can participate in the Scheme by submitting his entry only once during the period of the Scheme. Save and except for the minor participant, every participant has to submit the entries on his/her own behalf. In case of minors, the parents/legal guardians can submit the entry (i.e. video clip displaying the talent of the minor participant) on behalf of the minor participant.
9. The duration of the video submitted should be between 2 minutes to 4 minutes. The entries need to be submitted in .FLV format. Any entries received exceeding the duration or in any other format will be rejected and will not be considered for the purpose of this Scheme.
10. The IGT Jury as appointed by Viacom18 will review the video clips and may shortlist such number of participant(s) for the main auditions which shall be held on the date and venue solely decided by Viacom18 ("Winners"). It is hereby specified that it shall be sole prerogative of Viacom18 to decide the number of shortlisted participants who may perform in the main auditions of the Program. No claims/objections pertaining to the selection process/number of shortlisted participants (if any), etc. shall be entertained in this regard. Viacom18 further is under no obligation to select any participant from the entries received through the Scheme. The Participant acknowledges that by participating in this Scheme, he/she has only got an opportunity to present his/her talent and will not raise any objections/claims with anything in this regard.
11. IGT jury will evaluate the entries and its decision on the shortlisted entry(ies) (if any) will be final and binding on TTSL and participants and further they or any other third party shall not have any claims/objections in regard thereto.
12. Viacom18’s decision regarding the selection of the Winners of this Scheme shall be final and no correspondence will be entertained in that regard. Viacom18 and/or TTSL have sole discretion in the interpretation and enforcement of rules, including but not limited to suspension of entries.
13. 14. All entrants must agree to abide by the terms and conditions as described herein and on http://www.colorstv.in/igt/tnc.html.
14. The participants grant TTSL an irrevocable consent in perpetuity to the use his/ her name, photographs, videos uploaded on the Website and/or shot during the shortlisting announcement in connection with the Scheme in any and all applications including but not limited to advertising, commercials, promotion, stories, text, articles and commercial exploitation, in any and all media forms, including but not limited to radio, broadcast and television, newspapers and magazines at any time without the participants further knowledge or consent.
15. The participant shall have no claim after an entry is submitted. TTSL reserves the right to used the video clip, as submitted in order to participant in the Scheme, in the manner as deemed fit by TTSL.
16. The Winner(s) (if any) agree that they shall make themselves available for various PR initiatives around the activity at the appointed date, time and place as requested by TTSL.
17. The decision of Viacom18 will be communicated to all the shortlisted candidates by way of a phone call from Viacom18. Also their names will also be displayed on www.tatadocomo.com/igt.
18. The Scheme does not involve game of chance. The Winner(s) of this Scheme (if any) will be strictly chosen solely on the skill exhibited by them, as the sole discretion of the jury/personnel appointed by Viacom18.
19. Neither TTSL nor the associate sponsor (if any) for the Scheme will be held responsible for late entries for any reason whatsoever. It is the sole responsibility of the participants to make reasonable allowances for upload time, bandwidth connectivity or internet issues and plan their submissions accordingly.
20. TTSL is not responsible if the uploaded entry is damaged/distorted, etc. and hence the entry is not part of the list for evaluation by Viacom18.
21. Any private correspondence or canvassing in any form will lead to rejection of the entry submitted by the participant.
22. TTSL reserves the right to suspend, shorten, modify or cancel the Scheme at its sole discretion after intimation to the participants.
23. TTSL is not responsible for participant not being able understand the brief of this term and conditions or his interpretation of the same. No correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
24. Any disputes with respect to the Scheme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Delhi only.
